The Radio thmanyah app gives you a unique social experience for discovering podcasts through the square. It is a human-first way to find what is worth your time based on the opinions and interactions of real listeners, away from the dryness of machine algorithms and AI recommendations.
There are three main ways to benefit from the square:
1. Human content discovery
Tap the people icon () in the middle of the bottom navigation bar to enter the square. There, you will see a live view of what app users are listening to at that moment, and you can add any episode you like to your Queue. From the top of the page, you can choose between Everyone or Following to view people’s recommendations, ratings, and direct impressions of episodes and shows. This helps you discover trusted content that matches your interests.
2. Follow people whose recommendations suit you
If you like a user’s comment or feel their episode reviews match your taste, the square lets you tap their name to visit their profile and follow them. Once you build connections with people whose choices you trust, the square becomes a shorter and faster way to discover exceptional episodes you may not find anywhere else.
3. Participate and enrich the discussion
In Radio thmanyah, we do not want you to listen only. The square is your space to express your opinions, criticism, and recommendations about the episodes you have heard. Your interactions and comments enrich the discussion around the content and help other listeners decide what to listen to.
