To overcome the obstacle of internet disconnection during travel or in isolated areas, we have provided in the "Radio thmanyah" app automatic download options that give you complete flexibility to keep your favorite episodes on your device, ensuring you a continuous and comfortable listening experience under all circumstances.

#Download Control Options:

From the main screen, go to settings, then open "Download Settings." You will find three options to choose from according to your preference:

#1. Download via Wi-Fi only

The app protects your data package when you activate the "Wi-Fi only" option; it prevents the episodes from starting to download unless your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

#2. Download Queue Episodes

You can activate the "Queue Episodes" option to download any episode you add to the queue; thus ensuring that all the episodes you plan to listen to are available on your device for listening at any later time without an internet connection.

#3. Save Library Episodes

You can activate the "Library Episodes" option for the app to automatically download the latest three episodes of the programs you follow and any new episodes added to the lists you follow, ensuring you enjoy the content without an internet connection.

2. What does the option to automatically download library episodes mean?
The system checks the programs and lists you follow; when this option is activated, the app automatically downloads the latest 3 episodes of the programs you follow as soon as they are released, in addition to downloading your list episodes.

3. Can I download queue episodes and ignore library episodes?
Yes, the settings give you complete separation between the options; you can activate the "Queue Episodes" key alone for the app to download only your queue episodes, while closing the library option to save storage space.

4. Does automatic download apply to unfollowed programs?
Automatic download of the latest episodes is limited to programs you follow in your account, but the app ensures downloading any episode you put in your queue regardless of your following of the program.

5. What should I do if I encounter a problem downloading an episode?
Try the following solutions in order:

1. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network if the "Wi-Fi only" option is activated from the app settings
2. Check if there is enough storage space on your device
3. Restart the app
4. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
5. Delete the episode and re-download it
