We provide options that help you control your viewing experience better. You can move through content quickly, change video quality based on your internet speed, and control audio during matches.

Some of these options are available to everyone in recorded content, while others are available only for subscribers during live match broadcasts on «thmanyah App».

#Playback options

You can control content playback through the following options:

1. Forward and rewind: On mobile, you can go forward or back by 15 seconds with one tap, or use the progress bar. On the website and TV screens, you can use the progress bar to move through the content.

2. Video quality options: During live broadcasts, you can change video quality based on your internet speed: low, medium, or high. Maximum quality is available for some matches when supported and is available only to subscribers. In recorded content, all quality options are available to all users. Viewing quality depends on your connection speed. Check the playback requirements to see the recommended speed.

3. Match streaming options: Additional features are available for thmanyah subscribers when watching live matches:

4. Audio preferences: You can choose between crowd sound and commentator sound at any time while watching, for all matches.

5. Watching more than one match: On mobile, the app lets you watch up to 3 live matches at the same time. You can also choose a main match, and its sound will be enabled automatically during multi-match viewing.

6. Full-Screen Control and Device Orientation «Mobile Devices»: 
   The video player on mobile devices supports full-screen viewing for live matches. You can control it through the following options:

• Entering full-screen mode: You can open the match in full-screen mode by tapping the expand button inside the video player or by manually rotating your device to landscape mode.

• Controlling while using multi-window viewing: If you are watching more than one match at the same time and want to open one of them in full-screen mode, you must first tap the desired match. It will automatically switch to the main stream, after which you can use the expand button or rotate your device to open it in full-screen mode.

• Locking landscape orientation: To prevent the screen from automatically rotating back to portrait mode while watching, you can enable the landscape orientation lock option from the video player controls. This keeps the viewing experience stable throughout the match.

• Exiting full-screen mode: To return to normal viewing mode or multi-window view, tap the minimize button or disable rotation lock and return your mobile device to portrait mode.

• Screen rotation behavior: The thmanyah app currently supports landscape mode in one direction only, so the screen may not rotate when you turn your device to the opposite landscape orientation.

Note: Some tablet users may experience an issue where the video player does not display in full-screen mode. We are currently working on a fix. For a better viewing experience, we recommend using the thmanyah web app in your browser. If you are automatically redirected to the app, you can enable “Request Desktop Site,” watch from a browser on another device, or use the thmanyah app on mobile or TV.

This feature is currently available on mobile devices only.

8. The stream automatically returns to portrait mode when I move my phone. How can I lock it?
To prevent the screen orientation from changing while watching, you can enable the horizontal orientation lock feature available directly within the video player once the match is switched to full-screen mode. This ensures that the live stream remains stable in full-screen mode.
