FAQ
1. Why can’t I see the AirPlay or Cast button?
Make sure your screen supports AirPlay or Cast, and that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are casting from. Then reopen the app or play the content again.
2. Can I cast to a smart TV using mobile data?
No. Your phone and smart TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Can I mirror everything in the app to the smart TV?
Screen mirroring is limited to the live stream or video currently playing.
4. The content works on my phone but not on the TV. What should I do?
Try again, or play the content again, then select the screen. If the issue continues, contact us through Ask thmanyah.
5. Why is there a delay in the audio or video on the TV?
Potential lag or buffering may arise from hardware limitations or network instability. To resolve this, confirm that your Wi-Fi signal is robust, try repositioning your mobile device nearer to the router, and then restart the stream.
6. Does screen mirroring with a USB-C to HDMI cable work automatically?
Mirroring via USB-C to HDMI usually works if your device, screen, and adapter all support HDCP-protected video output. If not, you may experience a black screen or audio without video.
