Your thmanyah account is a unified account that lets you use thmanyah services across different devices through the «thmanyah app», «Radio thmanyah», and the «thmanyah web app».
thmanyah uses secure passwordless sign-in through a verification code sent to your mobile number or email address. You can also sign in using your «Google» or «Apple» account.
Your account is primarily linked to your mobile number. You can also link additional sign-in methods, such as your email address, «Google», or «Apple», so you can use them to sign in later.
Note: On «Huawei» devices, sign-in is limited to verification codes sent to your mobile number or email address.
Steps to sign up or sign in using your mobile number
1. Open the «thmanyah app» or «Radio thmanyah», or go to the «thmanyah web app».
2. Select «Sign In With Your Phone Number».
3. Enter your mobile number:
- If you have a Saudi mobile number, the verification code will be sent via SMS.
- If you have a mobile number from another country, the verification code will be sent via WhatsApp.
4. Enter the verification code to complete sign-up or sign-in.
The verification code is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is sent. The resend countdown shows when you can request a new code and does not mean that the current code has expired.
Steps to sign up or sign in using your email
1. Open the «thmanyah app» or «Radio thmanyah», or open the «thmanyah web app» in your browser.
2. Select «Sign In With Email».
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete sign-up or sign-in.
If this is your first time creating an account using your email address, you will be asked to add your mobile number to complete account creation.
Once your email address is linked to your account, you can use it as a sign-in method later.
Steps to sign up or sign in using «Google» or «Apple»
1. Choose to sign in with «Google» or «Apple».
2. Select the account you want to use, then approve the sign-in.
If this is your first time creating an account, you will be asked to add your mobile number to complete account creation.
Once «Google» or «Apple» is linked to your account, you can use the same account to sign in later.
Sign-in options when you don’t receive the verification code
If you don’t receive the verification code, wait until you can resend it, then try again.
If another sign-in method is linked to your account, you may see the «Try Another Way» option. The options shown depend on your account and may include:
- Receiving the verification code via WhatsApp.
- Receiving the verification code via the email address linked to your account.
- Signing in with «Apple» if it is linked to your account.
- Signing in with «Google» if it is linked to your account.
Not all options are shown to every user. You will only see the sign-in methods linked to your account and available to you.
If your mobile number is the only sign-in method linked to your account, no other sign-in methods will appear. Wait until you can resend the code, then try again.
If you still don’t receive the verification code after several attempts and your mobile number is your only sign-in method, contact «Ask thmanyah».
Remembering your last mobile number after your session ends
When your sign-in session ends and you are automatically signed out, the app may locally remember the last mobile number you used to sign in. It may appear automatically the next time you open the sign-in screen to make it easier to start the sign-in process again.
Seeing your mobile number automatically does not mean you are still signed in and does not give you access to your account until you enter the verification code and successfully complete sign-in.
FAQ
1. I forgot my thmanyah account password. What should I do?
There is no password for your thmanyah account. We use verification codes sent to your mobile number or email address, or you can sign in with «Google» or «Apple» if they are linked to your account.
2. Can I create an account without a mobile number?
No. A mobile number is required to create a thmanyah account, and you may be asked to add one when creating your account using email, «Google», or «Apple».
3. Can I sign in using more than one method?
Yes. You can use your mobile number or any other sign-in method you previously linked to your account, such as your email address, «Google», or «Apple». If your mobile number is the only sign-in method linked to your account, no other sign-in methods will be available until you link an additional one.
4. I didn’t receive the verification code. What should I do?
Make sure your mobile number or email address is correct, then wait until you can resend the code.
- If you are using email, also check your Spam or Junk folder and your Promotions folder.
- If another sign-in method is linked to your account, you may see «Try Another Way» and use one of the available methods.
- If your mobile number is your only sign-in method and you still don’t receive the verification code after several attempts, contact «Ask thmanyah».
5. How long is the verification code valid?
The verification code is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is sent. The countdown shown after the code is sent indicates when you can request a new code and does not mean that the current code has expired. You can use the code you received as long as it is still within the validity period. If you request a new code, use the latest code you received.
6. Can I sign in with «Google» or «Apple» on «Huawei» devices?
No. On «Huawei» devices, you can only sign in using a verification code sent to your mobile number or email address.
7. My old mobile number appears automatically on the sign-in screen. Does that mean my account is still signed in?
No. Your last-used mobile number is shown only to make it easier to sign in again. It does not give you access to your account until you successfully complete the sign-in process.
8. Can I use another method if I don’t receive the verification code?
You can use another method only if it was previously linked to your account. If you see «Try Another Way», you will see the sign-in methods available for your account. If your mobile number is your only sign-in method, no alternative method will appear, and you will need to request the verification code again or contact «Ask thmanyah» if the issue continues.
