You can edit your personal account details with thmanyah at any time, either from your mobile phone through «thmanyah App» or through «thmanyah App» on the web.
How do I edit my account details?
1. Select My Account.
2. Tap your name to access your profile details.
3. Edit your personal details.
4. Tap Save.
ℹ️ Your updated details will appear in your account immediately after you tap Save.
Changing your email address or mobile number
You cannot change your email address or mobile number from inside your account.
To update your email address or mobile number, contact us through Ask thmanyah.

1. What details can I edit?
You can edit your first name, last name, gender, and date of birth.
2. Can I change my email address or mobile number from my account?
No. You cannot change them from inside your account. Contact us through Ask thmanyah to update either of them.
3. I edited my details, but they were not updated. Why?
Make sure you tapped Save after editing your details. If the details are still not updated, close the app and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.
4. Does updating details in «thmanyah App» sync with «Radio thmanyah app»?
No. Changes are limited to the app and web platform and do not sync across all products, including «Radio thmanyah app», even with shared login credentials.
