The verification code is sent through WhatsApp. Make sure the number you are using is linked to a WhatsApp account. Also, make sure WhatsApp is updated to the latest version so you can receive the verification code.
If you still do not receive the code after several attempts, contact support.
The verification code is incorrect or expired
- Make sure you enter the latest code you received.
- Do not use an old code after requesting a new one.
- Request a new code, then enter it immediately after receiving it.
Why do I enter a different account when signing in with email?
This issue happens when you have two accounts.
When you try to sign in with an email address that is not linked to a mobile number, we ask you to add a mobile number. If you add a mobile number that is already linked to another account, you will be signed in to the account linked to that mobile number.
To solve this, sign in with the account linked to your email, then add a mobile number that is not used in any thmanyah account.

You can check the following steps to make sure the code reaches you:
- Make sure you entered the email address correctly.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Search for the verification code email in all email folders.
