Signing in to the «thmanyah app» requires a verification code sent to your mobile number or email address. You can also sign in using Apple or Google.
If you’re having trouble signing in, choose the issue you’re experiencing and follow the steps below:
1. I didn’t receive the verification code on a Saudi mobile number. What should I do?
Verification codes are sent to Saudi mobile numbers via SMS.
If you haven’t received the code:
1. Make sure you entered your mobile number correctly.
2. Make sure your device is connected to the internet before requesting another code.
3. Wait until you can resend the code, then try again.
4. If another sign-in method is linked to your account, you’ll see the «Resend» option. Tap it to see the alternative sign-in methods.
5. If your mobile number is your only sign-in method and you still haven’t received the code after several attempts, contact «Ask thmanyah».
2. I didn’t receive the verification code on a mobile number outside Saudi Arabia. What should I do?
Verification codes are sent to mobile numbers outside Saudi Arabia via WhatsApp. Other sign-in methods may also be available depending on the information linked to your account.
If you haven’t received the code:
1. Make sure you entered your mobile number correctly.
2. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
3. Make sure your mobile number is linked to a WhatsApp account.
4. Make sure WhatsApp is updated to the latest version.
5. Wait until you can resend the code, then try again.
6. If another sign-in method is linked to your account, you’ll see the «Resend» option. Tap it to see the alternative sign-in methods.
7. If your mobile number is your only sign-in method and you still haven’t received the code via WhatsApp after several attempts, contact «Ask thmanyah»
3. I didn’t receive the verification code by email. What should I do?
If you chose to sign in using your email address but haven’t received the verification code:
1. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
2. Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
3. Check your Spam or Junk folder.
4. Check your Promotions folder.

4. Can I use another sign-in method?
You can use another sign-in method if it was previously linked to your account. You’ll see the «Resend» option Tap it to see the alternative sign-in methods. Depending on the information added to your account, you may see one of the following options:
1. Resend the verification code: via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on your country.
2. Email
3. Apple account
4. Google account
If your mobile number is the only sign-in method linked to your account, no other sign-in method will be available.
5. How long is the verification code valid?
The verification code is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is sent.
The countdown shown after requesting a code indicates when you can request a new one. It does not mean that the current code has expired.
You can use the code you received as long as it is still within the 10-minute validity period.
6. The verification code is incorrect or has expired. What should I do?
The verification code consists of 6 digits.
If you’re told that the code is incorrect or has expired:
1. Make sure you entered the full code correctly.
2. Use the latest verification code you received.
3. Don’t use an older code after requesting a new one.
4. If more than 10 minutes have passed since the code was sent, request a new code and enter it once you receive it.
7. I entered the verification code but wasn’t signed in. What should I do?
If you entered the verification code but sign-in was not completed:
1. Make sure you entered the latest verification code you received.
2. If the code has expired, request a new one.
3. Make sure the «thmanyah app» is updated to the latest version.
4. Close and reopen the app, then try again.
If the issue continues, contact «Ask thmanyah».
8. Why am I signed in to a different account when I use my email address?
This may happen if you have more than one thmanyah account.
1. When you sign in using an email address that is not linked to a mobile number, we ask you to add one. If you add a mobile number that is already linked to another account, you will be signed in to the account associated with that mobile number.
2. To resolve this, sign in to the account linked to your email address, then add a mobile number that is not already used with another thmanyah account.
If the issue continues, contact «Ask thmanyah».
9. I can’t sign in using my Apple or Google account. What should I do?
- If you’re on the verification code screen and see the «Resend» option, signing in with your Apple or Google account may appear as one of the available sign-in methods for your account.
- If you’re having trouble signing in with your Apple or Google account, you can sign in using the mobile number linked to your thmanyah account, or enter your email address to receive a verification code.
10. I tried every available option and still can’t sign in. What should I do?
If your mobile number is the only sign-in method linked to your account and you still haven’t received the verification code after several attempts, contact «Ask thmanyah».
If you have other sign-in methods linked to your account, try them first by selecting «Resend» to view the alternative sign-in options.
