thmanyah allows you to delete your account directly through the website or the app. Once you submit the request, your account enters a 30-day waiting period during which you can restore it. After this period ends, the account will be permanently deleted.
If you want to delete your account due to technical issues, we recommend contacting the support team first. In many cases, we can help resolve the issue and support you without closing your account.
Steps to delete your account
From «thmanyah App»:
1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Select My Account.
3. Tap your picture or name at the top of the page.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the request using the verification code sent to your mobile number or email address.
From «Radio thmanyah app»:
1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then My Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
4. Read the details of the action and tap Delete My Account to confirm, or Keep Account to cancel.
5. Confirm the request using the verification code sent to your mobile number or email address.
After requesting account deletion
Once you confirm the deletion request, you will be signed out of your account immediately on all devices. Your account will then enter a 30-day waiting period and temporary deactivation, during which the account and its data can still be fully restored.
During this period, you can cancel the deletion request and restore access to your account simply by signing in again. A message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the deletion request.
If no action is taken within the 30-day period, the system will permanently delete the account and all related data. This action cannot be reversed.
What happens to your subscription when you try to delete your account?
- You cannot delete your account if you have an active subscription. You need to wait until the subscription ends first.
- If you have an expired subscription from the website, auto-renewal will be canceled immediately after you request account deletion.
If your subscription was made through the app store using «thmanyah App» or «Radio thmanyah app», you need to cancel the subscription from the store itself to stop auto-renewal.
