This applies to all supported smart TVs:
1. Scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen with your phone's camera.
2. Open the link that appears on your phone.
3. Approve the device sign-in from the Thmanyah app on your phone.
Sign in by entering the code manually
This applies to Android TV and Apple TV:
1. Open the Thmanyah app on your phone.
2. Go to the My Account tab.
3. Select Linked Devices.
4. Tap Add New Device.
5. Enter the code shown on your TV screen.
6. Tap Confirm Code.
FAQ
1. Do I need to sign in every time?
No. Your smart TV will remain linked to your account until you sign out or remove it from Linked Devices.
The app may ask you to sign in again if the device has not been used for 15 days.
2. My TV does not support manual code entry. How do I sign in?
Scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen with your phone's camera.
3. I am having trouble scanning the QR code. What should I do?
Make sure your phone is connected to the internet and that the camera is working properly, or use the manual code entry method.
4. Can I sign out of a smart TV from my account?
Yes. In the Thmanyah app, under Linked Devices, select the TV and remove it from your account.
5. I am having trouble signing in on my TV using the QR code or manual code. What should I do?
Make sure the TV is connected to the internet and is using the latest version of the Thmanyah app. Also, remove the TV from Linked Devices, then try signing in again. If the issue continues, contact us through Ask Thmanyah.
