You can request a refund for your subscription within a specific grace period from the date of your subscription. The period depends on your subscription type:
Monthly subscription: within 7 days from the subscription date
Annual subscription: within 30 days from the subscription date
ℹ️ The refund process depends on the platform you used to subscribe.
Subscription through Google Play or the website
Contact the support team and request a refund. We will verify your subscription and review your request. Once approved, the subscription fee will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Subscription through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, contact the support team first and request a refund. We will verify your request and then enable the refund permission option on our end for your account. After that, you can submit the refund request through the Apple App Store. Notice that enabling the refund permission option does not mean the refund is finally approved. Apple reviews the request and decides whether to refund or reject it in accordance with Apple’s policy.
ℹ️ Note for App Store subscribers
In some cases, we have noticed that a Thmanyah subscription may no longer appear as an available refund option in the App Store, especially if the user has already submitted more than one refund request for the same subscription. This does not mean that Thmanyah removed the option. It means the App Store is not making a new refund request available for that subscription in that case. If this happens, you can check the status of your request or contact Apple Support to see what options are available.
FAQ
1. Should I request the refund directly from the store?
No. Contact the support team first, especially if you subscribed through the Apple App Store. We need to verify your request and enable the refund permission on our end. Then we will guide you through the right steps based on the platform you used to subscribe.
2. Thmanyah enabled the refund permission option, but Apple rejected my request. Why?
Subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s policy. Enabling the refund permission option means that Thmanyah has no objection to the refund, but the final approval is made by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
3. Why doesn’t my Thmanyah subscription appear when I request a refund through the App Store?
The App Store only shows subscriptions that are currently available for a refund request. In some cases, we have noticed that a Thmanyah subscription may not appear if the user has already submitted more than one refund request for the same subscription. Thmanyah does not control whether this option appears inside the App Store. You can check the status of your request or contact Apple Support to learn about the available options.

The refund time depends on the platform you used to subscribe and your payment method. It may take 7 to 10 days, and in some cases up to 60 days.

Contact the support team and explain the problem you faced. The team will help you solve the issue so you can use your subscription benefits.
