8. What happens when I upgrade my subscription plan?
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan or switch from a monthly to an annual subscription using any available payment method except Tamara and stc billing. The amount due is calculated by deducting the remaining value of your current subscription from the price of the new plan. Your upgrade takes effect immediately after payment.

- From a monthly subscription to an annual subscription.
- From a thmanyah Radio plan to the Premium plan.

The remaining subscription period is non-refundable. The annual subscription continues through its term and then stops upon expiration, with no automatic renewal.
12. Why have my subscription benefits stopped?
If the grace period ends and we’re unable to collect the subscription fee, you may lose access to paid content and subscription benefits.
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, the subscription may enter an «Account Hold» period. During this time, you can update your payment method to resolve the issue. Once the payment is successfully processed, your subscription and benefits will be restored. If payment is not completed by the end of this period, the subscription will expire, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Make sure the payment method registered with the platform you originally subscribed through:
1. Is valid and has not expired.
